Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betnow website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by betnow ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through betnow, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the betnow Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who accesses any part of the betnow service from any device or location. If you are accessing betnow on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

betnow reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use the betnow Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of betnow, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betnow or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

betnow reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of betnow services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the betnow Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your betnow account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify betnow immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

betnow implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. betnow reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the betnow Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). betnow does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which betnow bears no responsibility.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your betnow account are credited for gaming purposes only. betnow accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the betnow cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn;
• betnow reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method, as displayed in the cashier;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

betnow reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request does not comply with these Terms or if a security review is required. In such cases, betnow will notify you via your registered email address.

Bonuses & Promotions

betnow offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine holidays and events. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all betnow bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and may not be claimed by the same individual more than once, regardless of the number of accounts held;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• betnow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited;
• betnow reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotion;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the betnow Platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all betnow products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. betnow does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betnow will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by betnow's server records shall be final and binding;
• betnow uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round, as displayed within each game interface;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager;
• betnow reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betnow Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with betnow;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the betnow Platform;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bets in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage");
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Cheating and Hacking: Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players; attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Money Laundering: Using the betnow Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. betnow complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to betnow transactions.

Responsible Gaming

betnow is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered members at no cost through the Account Settings section of the Platform.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your betnow account;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your current session;

Intellectual Property

All content on the betnow Platform — including but not limited to the betnow name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, images, audio, video, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of betnow or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betnow Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any betnow content;
• Use any betnow trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the betnow Platform on any other website or platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of betnow intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by betnow.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betnow, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the betnow Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond betnow's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider software;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

betnow's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betnow account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The betnow Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Privacy & Data

betnow collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the betnow Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, betnow collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing financial transactions and complying with KYC and AML obligations;
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries;
• Personalizing your gaming experience and delivering relevant promotions;
• Complying with applicable Philippine laws and regulatory requirements.

Account Termination

betnow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms;
• Any other reason that betnow, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the betnow Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

betnow operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.

Amendments to These Terms

betnow reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betnow will notify registered members via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the betnow Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
